1. To use the Smart² platform, creating an account is mandatory!
2. You must have a valid email address to proceed.
3. Click the "Create an account" button to begin the creation process.
4. Follow the steps to "validate" your account.

1. From the home page, proceed to the "Assessment" and click on the first sub-tab labelled "Create new project".
2. Begin by entering the required information, then click "Save" to proceed.
3. Next, click the "Edit" button and choose the prefered "Method".
4. In the wizard form, choose the "functionality level" of the available smart services for each domain you have selected, then click"Save".
5. Finally, the analytical results, including the "assessment"

1. From the home page, proceed to the Call Centre and click on the first sub-tab labelled "Create a new project".
2. Complete the questionnaire provided and then click on "Submit".
3. Click the "Report" button within the table to view the "analytical results".

1. From the Assessment tab, navigate to the Database section.
2. In the Database, locate the assessment you wish to export and click on the Export green download icon button in the Actions column.
3. A JSON file will be generated and downloaded, containing all the information from the selected assessment.
4. This file can be used to upload data to the Virtual Training Centre for practical exercises or other purposes.
5. To view an existing assessment, use the Upload feature to import a JSON file. The uploaded file will display in the project Database.
